Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any course offered by Via The BigSchool. By making a payment or submitting an enrolment form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

About Us

Via The BigSchool is an online technology education platform that delivers live, mentor-led training in scheduled online batches. We operate through viathebigschool.com.

Enrolment and Course Access

• Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or the agreed first instalment for EMI plans).
• You will receive the session link via email or WhatsApp at least 1 hour before the scheduled session time.
• Each course is delivered in scheduled live sessions. Dates and times are shared at the time of enrolment and may be adjusted with reasonable prior notice.
• Session recordings are shared with enrolled students and remain accessible for the lifetime of the platform.
• Course materials, slides, and resources shared during sessions are for personal learning only and may not be redistributed.

Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Full upfront payment unlocks immediate enrolment confirmation.
• EMI / instalment plans are available as described on the course page. Missing an instalment may result in suspension of access until the outstanding amount is cleared.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Via The BigSchool does not store payment card details.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary, a full refund is available within 45 days of payment provided you have not attended any live session.

Student Conduct

• Students must attend sessions respectfully. Disruptive behaviour or harassment will result in immediate removal without refund.
• Your session link is personal and must not be shared with non-enrolled individuals.
• You may not record, screen-capture, or redistribute live sessions or provided recordings without our written permission.

Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, slides, code samples, and written materials, are the intellectual property of Via The BigSchool. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning. Any commercial use, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Placement & Career Support

Via The BigSchool provides placement assistance and career guidance as part of the course. However, we do not guarantee employment or a specific salary package. Outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Batch Rescheduling

We reserve the right to reschedule, merge, or cancel a batch if the minimum enrolment threshold is not met, or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative batch or a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Via The BigSchool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our courses or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
